Smart Building For Flexible Living.

Beautiful and efficiently designed CityPaks kits that comply with California State Energy Code and State ADU Regulations. CityPaks is passionate about housing equity, the impacts of the building industry on the environment, and building toxicity. CityPaks’ designs are optimized for low to no waste, standard panel sizing, exceeding structural requirements, minimum number of parts, cost of materials, to optimize the efficiency of the build. Unlike many pre-fab or modular, CityPaks can be assembled on tight lots, regardless of site access.
LOW ENTRY COST
Without compromise, an affordable ADU option that can supplement a path to sustainable homeownership, fit on most sites, and respect the environment.

Strategic Openings

Strategic openings are interchangeable and optional allowing for windows and doors to maximize in response to site needs.

Focused Urban Infill

Urban infill is a very sustainable way to create housing, but it comes with many challenges that can add cost and feasibility issues such as site access and local labor force limitations. The supply-chain is often a bottleneck in custom projects but we’ve got you covered. CityPaks are standardized, optimized, lower cost solution that feels custom.
