Process
How it works
Finalize your ADU unit. Our plans are nearly ready as soon as you approve the proposal

Schedule a call to set-up a visit in your backyard. This is a complementary Feasibility Study.

Finalize customization of window and door openings, and your level of desired support. That is right, you get to choose! Also, we will review your proposal.

Once the proposal is signed, CityPaks will immediately get to work with permit docs and scheduling your ADU.
